    This Seminar is a taster session for Global facilitation workshop program “SPOTlight on Facilitation”. In this seminar, participants can know what “SPOTlight on Facilitation” looks like and experience one of sessions.

    What is required for global leaders? In order to encourage full participation and empower the performance of the diverse group, facilitation should be the key skill.
    Global facilitation workshop program “SPOTlight on Facilitation” is developed in Singapore and designed to enhance facilitation skill under the diverse situation in this global era.

    In Japan, Knowledge Signs runs “SPOTlight on Facilitation” as 2-day open course, all sessions are conducted in English. Almost 100 participants which include Japanese and Non-Japanese joined this workshop in the past 2 years.

    In this taster session seminar, we have a presentation about what “SPOTlight on Facilitation” looks like” and give you an opportunity to experience one of sessions.

    Facilitator Stefan Nüsperling
    Stefan is a trilingual (German, English, Japanese) IT-Professional with more than 10 years of experience in Change Management, Agile Methodologies, Facilitation and Management 3.0. He has worked with multinational enterprises in the fields of Leadership as well as Software Development in Japan, South Korea and Germany. As a certified Scrum Master and the first licensed Management 3.0 facilitator in Japan he helps people to give them the ability to improve their organizations into innovative, high-performing and fun places to work.
    He has run more than 30 public and in-house facilitated workshops in Japan with an average rating of 8.5 (of 10.0).

     

    Facilitator Hideyuki Yoshioka CEO of Knowledge Signs Co Ltd

    Born in Kobe City, 1963.Graduated from the department of business administration of Kobe University
    in 1986. Firs career was built in Recruit Co. ltd., well known as “the most ambitious company bringing
    out many entrepreneurs in Japan”. Founded Knowledge Signs Co. Ltd. in 2003.
    Hideyuki has been actively involved in facilitation for over 14 years specializing in applying facilitation skills
    to presentation training, sales training and project management training. Since 2013, he has presented
    at the IAF (The International Association of Facilitators) Asia Conference for 3 years.
