    Practical Training

    On Day2, you will have facilitation demo-practices using commonly occurring business situations cases.
    Partciipants with beak-out groups are needed to design process facilitation on your own way with the suggestion of process tools.
    In order to design the process, group members have to consent like actuall meeting.
    After the demonstration, participants will have constructive feedback from peers and coaches.

    Group dynamics under the diversity situation

    Participants will join from not only Japan but also various countries. Under the diversity, you can learn how to enhance group dynamics.

    Day 1
    -Definition of facilitation and the 4D facilitation model
    -4 key factors of process facilitation, S.P.O.T (Space, Process, Outcome, Time)
    -Core practices of a facilitator
    -Flipchart and other creative visual aid best practices
    -Introduction to the basic process tools for facilitating discussions

    Day 2
    -Practice the basic process tools
    -Determine clients’ requirements in a facilitated process
    -Practice: facilitation demo-practice with break-out groups using case study
    -360 degrees feedback

    Janice Lua  Co-founder of Facilitators Network Singapore (FNS)

    Janice Lua has a MSc (UK) in Technology Management and a MBA (Australia) in Entrepreneurial Management with more than 10 years experience facilitating organisation-wide change management, business process re-engineering, team building, creativity & innovation & strategic planning. She has facilitated regionally on social issues using methods such as The World Café, Open Space Technology and Future Search processes. She is a Senior National Business Excellence Assessor, Certified Management Consultant, Qualified Strengths
    Deployment Inventory® Facilitator, PMI certified Project Management Professional, IAF Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), an INIFAC Certified Master Facilitator (CMF) and CMF Assessor, and licensed Dynamic Facilitation Instructor. She co-founded the Facilitators Network in 2004 to upscale the competencies of facilitators in Singapore and the region. She co-authored SPOT on Facilitation.

    Stefan Nüsperling
    Stefan is a trilingual (German, English, Japanese) IT-Professional with more than 10 years of experience in Change Management, Agile Methodologies, Facilitation and Management 3.0. He has worked with multinational enterprises in the fields of Leadership as well as Software Development in Japan, South Korea and Germany. As a certified Scrum Master and the first licensed Management 3.0 facilitator in Japan he helps people to give them the ability to improve their organizations into innovative, high-performing and fun places to work.
    He has run more than 30 public and in-house facilitated workshops in Japan with an average rating of 8.5 (of 10.0).
    Hideyuki Yoshioka A bilingual co-facilitator

    Born in Kobe City, 1963.Graduated from the department of business administration of Kobe University
    in 1986. Firs career was built in Recruit Co. ltd., well known as “the most ambitious company bringing
    out many entrepreneurs in Japan”. Founded Knowledge Signs Co. Ltd. in 2003.
    Hideyuki has been actively involved in facilitation for over 14 years specializing in applying facilitation skills
    to presentation training, sales training and project management training. Since 2013, he has presented
    at the IAF (The International Association of Facilitators) Asia Conference for 3 years.
